The Making of Udderville Part II

I’ve been documenting my artworks for the past 8 years, the reason behind it is I want to track down the process and maybe someday share it. Like what I’m about to do now. Udderville is my entry for Ang InK’s (Ang Ilustrador ng Kabataan) 19th Annual Exhibit entitled Postcards from Nowhere.

For this one, it’s the first time I stained my paper with tea before rendering the artwork in watercolor. 

A lot of Filipino freelance illustrators seem to find the legal and administrative aspect of the job a pain in the butt. With good reason. But these mundane tasks are just as important as creating a killer piece of work.
